Agrawal Order On Board 15/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that the impugned order is revisable before the Commissioner under the Chhattisgarh Panchayats (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 (henceforth Rules, 1995').
(2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to prefer revision before the Commissioner under Rules 1995 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers revision before the Commissioner, Raipur Division for redressal of her grievances within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided by the Commissioner, Raipur Division in accordance with law expeditiously.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
