The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non-compliance of the interim order granted by the respondent No.2- the Deputy Registrar.

The facts of the case seems to be the petitioner, who was an employee under the respondents No.3 & 4 was ordered to be removed from service. The petitioner immediately raised a dispute before the Deputy Registrar, who vide his order dated 06.10.2020 has granted an interim protection on the order of removal staying the effect and operation of the same and the said interim protection

and stay granted by the Deputy Registrar has till date not been honoured by the respondents No. 3 & 4, which has led to the filing of the present writ petition.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also moved a contempt against the authorities concerned, which is also pending consideration before the Deputy Registrar. No substantial progress on the same also has led to the filing of the present writ petition. 4.

Be that as it may, since the entire issue is seized by the Deputy Registrar in a dispute under Section 55(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act, it would not be proper for this Court to entertain the writ petition at this juncture. The writ petition therefore, stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to expeditiously proceed further both with the contempt proceedings, which he has initiated vide order dated 17.12.2020 and also proceed further with the original case i.e. case No. 55(2)/01/2020. Let necessary steps be taken for concluding the Contempt proceedings at the earliest and also proceed with the original case i.e. case No. 55(2)/01/2020 and conclude the same preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
