The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of WP No. 6095 of 2005, which got dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 04.08.2020.

The counsel undertakes that he shall positively argue the matter in the writ petition on a given date by this Court and prays that the matter be taken up for hearing on 05.10.2020. As prayed for by Mr. V.G. Tamaskar, Sr. counsel the MCC stands allowed. The Writ Petition No. 6095 of 2005 stands restored to its original number with a direction that Registry should ensure that the said writ petition be listed in the List -1 on 05.10.2020 for final disposal at the motion stage.
