Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for grant of compensation for violation of her fundamental rights for which she has made an application to the competent authority for disbursement of compensation amount in accordance with order of State of Chhattisgarh dated 01.03.2013, but the same has not been considered and decided by the said authority till now and, therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. 2.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of compensation for violation of her fundamental rights in accordance with order of State of Chhattisgarh dated 01.03.2013 expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
