1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been working as daily wage employee under the respondents since 1983 onwards and has been discharging the duties of Security Guard all along and has been posted at different places. Necessary records have already been produced before the authorities in this regard.

3. The State counsel as well as the counsel for the respondent No.4 do not have any objection if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for regularization

-2taking into consideration the length of service that the petitioner has put in particularly keeping in view the circular of the State Govt. dated 05.03.2008 in respect of regularization.

4. Let the respondent No.2 take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
