Agrawal Order On Board 14/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 16.10.2017 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) is without jurisdiction, hence this petition. (2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the Collector, Raigarh highlighting illegality the order passed by Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue). If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, Raigarh, in that event Collector Raigarh shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law expeditiously.

(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
