This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 59/2020 registered at Police Station Sonhat, District Koriya (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the IPC.

3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with

MCRC No. 5842 of 2020 liberty to repeat the prayer after examination of eye-witnesses Ramakant Yadav and Anju Yadav.

4. Permission granted.
