The petitioner is aggrieved by order of transfer by the order dated 30-11-2017 by which he has been transferred from present place of posting to Water Resources Department Division, Bijapur. 2.

The only submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in view of clause 1.5 of circular dated 03-06-2015 clause 1.5 a Government employee who has completed 55 years of his service as far as possible,

may not be posted in core scheduled area. The petitioner is transferred to Bijapur.

The petitioner is entitled to consideration and he should first prefer representation. Therefore, this petition is disposed off with the direction that in case, petitioner prefers representation within a period of 10 days, the same shall be considered and decided within 4 weeks.
