Shri D. N. Prajapati, Advocate For respondents/State :
Shri Shashank Thakur, Govt. Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2015 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the inaction on the part of the respondents in not assigning the work distributed by respondent No.5 vide order dated 24.05.2014. Needless to mention that the action under challenge is not one which could be assailed in a writ petition as the same is purely administrative in nature, as is explicit through the order dated 24.05.2014 and that no fundamental right whatsoever of the petitioner has been infringed by the said order for which the writ petition invoking the extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of Constitution of India could be exercised. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Authority concerned by making appropriate representation for redressal of his grievance.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition being devoid of merit deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
