1. This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court. Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2018 in MCRC No. 7068/2018 considering the prima facie case against him.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the instant bail petition. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible after resuming the regular work of the Court. Sd/- (Sharad Kumar Gupta) JUDGE kishore
