1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that against the order of the Tahsildar, Narayanpur under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, appeal of the petitioner is pending consideration before the Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Narayanpur and case is fixed for 27.12.2017.

2. Be that as it may, the Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Narayanpur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on 27.12.2017 or within one month from that day, if not disposed off on that day and application for stay filed and pending shall be decided expeditiously after hearing the parties. The petitioner will approach to the Sub Divisional Officer (R.), Narayanpur on 15.12.2017 and for the period of

three days, the petitioner's structure shall not be demolished.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
