Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the nature of dispute between the parties, and the fact that the petitioner has already filed representation before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bhilai/Respondent No. 3, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the

petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, applications for urgent hearing and for hearing during summer vacation stand disposed of.
