(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 13/2015 registered at Police Station Sonhat, District Koriya forthe offence punishable under Sections 376, 318, 302, 201, 120B, 376(2)(b),(d),(e),(g),(i) & (j) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3,4,6,9,10,16,17,18 and 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court by order dated 8.7.2015 passed in

M.Cr.C. 3194/2015.

(3) Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case; I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
