Agrawal Order On Board 02/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land has been acquired by respondent No.3-Municipal Corporation, Raipur, but in lieu of which neither land has been given nor compensation has been paid to them, against which they have
made representation before the respondent No.3, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.3-Municipal Corporation, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioners in accordance with law after hearing the parties expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
