(1) Learned counsel for the State would submit that against the impugned order, remedy is available to the petitioners to file appeal before the Collector as per Government's Circular dated 05.06.2017. (2) In view of above, I am not inclined to entertain this petition as the remedy is available to the petitioners to file appeal before the Collector as per Government's Circular dated 05.06.20217.

(3) Accordingly. the writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach before the Collector for redressal of their grievances as per Government's Circular dated 05.06.2017.
