Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though a copy of order dated 03.08.2015 was submitted before the respondent Tahsildar, he is not proceeding with the matter expeditiously.

There is nothing on record to show that the order of the Court was received by the Tahsildar. Therefore, I am not inclined to proceed with the matter on the present pleadings. The contempt petition is therefore dismissed. It is however, observed that the order of the Court stands and spirit of the order required Tahsildar to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is dismissed.
