Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the against the petitioners' suspension of his registration on 09.10.2017, he preferred appeal before the Engineer-in-chief, Public Works Department/appellate authority, which is still pending and it ought to have been decided within a period of 30 days from its receipt.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Engineer -in-Chief is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal within a period of 30 days from the date of receit of certified copy of this order.
