(2) Learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that issue raised in this writ petition is covered by order dated 22.08.2017 passed in Writ Petition (C) No.1956 of 2017 (Md. Ayaz & Others Vs. Union of India & Others) and other connected matters in which, this Court has observed as under in paragraph 12:- "12. Accordingly, all the writ petitions are allowed. Impugned notices (Annexure P-1) are hereby quashed. The respondent No.5-Director, Directorate of Technical Education is directed to examine each of the petitioners' case individually after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners sympathetically keeping in view the future of the trainee and the fact that they have already appeared in the third semesters examinations etc.
and relaxation may be given to them, if any, they are entitled as per law and thereafter, the candidates, who are found eligible, their results will be declared expeditiously. At the time of examination of the candidature of the petitioners, the representative of NCVT and the Principals of concerned Industrial Training Institute shall also present along with the Director, Directorate of Technical Education."
