This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.23/2020 registered at Police Station Thana Gaurella, District Gaurella Pendra Marwahi (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the victim.
