1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher, Panchayat in Government Primary School, Laalpurkala Vikaskhand Bodla, District Kabirdham by order dated 29-6-1999 (Annexure P/1)

and thereafter she was regularized by order dated 19-9-2002 (Anenxure P/3) whereby she has completed near about 18 years of service. He would further submit that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit of Kramonnati on completing 10 years of service which she has completed but the respondent authorities have not been given the same till date.

3. Given the limited grievance raised, let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to respondent 2 & 3 who in turn shall scrutinize the same and pass a suitable order in accordance with the rules governing the field of Kramonnati. It is expected that an appropriate order shall be passed within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
