A request letter has been received from Special Court(NDPS), Mahasamund, Chhattisgarh, in which it is prayed that the trial against the accused persons in Special Criminal Case No.H-63/2017 could not be concluded within the time specified by the order of this Court in MCRC No.6840/2017 passed vide order dated 9.1.2018. Prayer has been made for extension of time of one month.
