Perused the PUD dated 17/05/2018 wherein learned court of First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa has requested for further extension of time of two months as two important witnesses still remains to be examined.

In M.Cr.C. No.7710/2017 on 4/01/2018 it was directed that the trial court shall conclude the trial within a period of four months. Perused the contents of the letter. Taking into facts and background of this, further a month's time is granted from today to conclude the proceeding of Sessions Case No.145/2015 by the court of First Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa.
