The Applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as she is arrested in connection with Crime No.283/2015 registered in P.S. Kanker (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 34(A) & (2) of the Excise Act for possessing 5.50 bulk liters of country made liquor. 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the quantity of the contraband and the fact that the Applicant does not have any criminal antecedent, as has been admitted by learned counsel for the State and also considering that the Applicant is in custody since 19.08.2015, the application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of Applicant's executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Trial Court, she shall be released on bail. She shall appear before the trial Court on each and every date given to her by

the said Court till disposal of the trial.
