1. The State counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2 submits that the Order passed by this Court on 12.10.2018 in WPS No. 6852/18 has since been complied with vide order dated 29.08.2020 that is subsequent to the filing of the contempt petition.

2. Let a copy of this Order be served upon the counsel for the applicant.

3. Given the fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied with as informed by the State counsel the contempt petition at this juncture stands disposed off, reserving the right of the applicant/petitioner to approach the Court afesh, in case the grievance still survives, if any.
