With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

This writ petition is directed against the appellate order dated

02.03.2015 passed by the Collector, Korba, District Korba, whereby the petitioner's appointment on the post of Aaganwadi Worker has been set aside.

The impugned order is revisable before the Commissioner, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, petitioner prefers a revision application before the Commissioner within a period of 30 days from today, the said Revisional Authority shall consider and decide the revision application on its own merits, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of application.
