The claim through the present petition was for a direction to the respondents for granting time bound pay scale which the petitioner is entitled for on completion of his 10 years of continuous service. The State counsel, on instructions, makes a submission that it has been informed to him by the authorities that the case of the petitioner is under process and the same shall be finalized at the earliest. In view of the above submissions made by the State counsel, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon. It is expected that the respondents would take a decision expeditiously on the claim of the petitioner.
