Realising the difficulty that the Petitioner has rushed straightaway to the Court without filing a representation followed by any refusal to consider the demand, leave is sought to withdraw the writ petition for filing a representation before the authorities.

If such representation is filed with regard to any alleged ineligibility of Respondent No. 5 for award of the works, it is required to be considered by the authorities in accordance with law and disposed after hearing all concerned by a reasoned and speaking order.
