1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that his grievance as of now would be redressed if the writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to consider grant of seniority to the petitioner on the post of Book Lifter from the initial date of appointment i.e. w.e.f. 28.06.1993.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner seems to have been either left out in the gradation list or is not being reflected in the gradation list.

3. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes, is not opposed by the State Counsel.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the grievance of the petitioner by deciding his representation at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
