2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.166/2020 registered at Police Station Pamgarh, District Janjgir-Champa (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the IPC.

3. The applicant was married with deceased Anju Anant on 16.5.2013. She committed suicide by hanging herself in her matrimonial house on 13.5.2020.

4. In the diary statement of her brother Akhil Kumar, grand father Anuj Ram, father Hriday Lal, mother Smt. Gulab Bai, there is clear allegation of demand of motorcycle and commission of cruelty for not satisfying the said demand.

5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case and the material available in the case diary, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.
