Upon due consideration of the reason assigned in particular taking into consideration the delay on account of Covid-19 pandemic situation and orders earlier passed for counting period of limitation during lock-down period, delay in filing MCC is hereby condoned. Heard on Prayer for restoration.

After hearing learned counsel for the appellant, taking into consideration that on previous days prior to the date on which the appeal was dismissed for want of prosecution, the appellant was being represented through counsel, and the cause shown for nonappearance when the case was called out for hearing on 25.02.2020, the application is allowed and order of dismissal for want of
