1. Since all the bail applications are arising out of the same crime number, they are being heard and decided by this common order.
2. The applicants have preferred these applications under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.422/2019, registered at Police Station Pandri, Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh for the Offences punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of Indian Penal Code.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file again after seeking information about the other crime numbers registered against the applicants and the release orders, if any.
4. Permission granted.
5. Accordingly, all the present MCRCs are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
