Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner was posted at Government Middle School, Halba, Block Charama under Rationalization scheme on 24.7.2014 and now by order dated 20.7.2015 his services have been transferred from Government Middle School, Halba, Block Charama to Government Middle School, Gudum, Block Durgkondal within one year of his previous posting, which is arbitrary and illegal. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2/Collector, District North Baster Kanker. 2.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation highlighting his grievances before the Collector, District North Baster Kanker within a period of two weeks from today. If the petitioner makes such representation within the aforesaid period, the Collector, District North Baster Kanker will do well and decide the same within a period of further four weeks from the date of receipt of representation. The effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed for six weeks.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
