1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition regarding the increment. He is working as Upper Division Teacher at Government Middle School, Mohdipara, Block Baramkela, District Raigarh (C.G.) is going to be retired on 30/06/2018.

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case it is directed to the petitioner that he may file fresh representation regarding his correctness of the increment before the respondent No. 3 within 15

days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Respondent No. 3 should decide such representation within two months from the date of filing of such representation according to law and procedure.

4. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
