2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the he has made an application/representation, which has not been decided yet.

3. Be that as it may, the concerned Superintendent of Police, is directed to consider and decide the application within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid observation/direction the present writ petition stands disposed off. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
