Agrawal Order On Board 02/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before respondent No.2 for extension of route in permanent stage carriage permit on the route Manendragarh to Ghutritola via Lendri, Khongapani and back two return trip daily, but the same has not been considered and decided since 27.07.2017 and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
