Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representations on 29.04.2016 and 26.08.2017 before the respondent No. 2Director, Health and Family Welfare Department, Raipur for grant of pensionary benefits (gratuity, leave encashment, etc.) which has not been considered and decided till date, therefore directions may be issued to the concern authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of pensionary benefits expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this

order along with a fresh representation, if any. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
