1. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 22.07.2021 by which the learned Family Court has ordered for grant of interim maintenance and litigation expenses to the respondent.

2. After arguing for some time, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case may be disposed off with direction to the learned Family Court to dispose off the case within a time frame. Hence, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

3. The learned Family Court is directed to take up the proceedings between the parties pending before it and expeditiously dispose it off within a period of 06 months from the date this order is passed.
