This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.41/2019 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Bilaspur District Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 376(D), 324, 506 of the IPC and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to prefer an appeal.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
