1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. Petitioners have filed this writ petition to direct the respondent-

authorities to regularize them in the pay scale of Rs. 2400-75-3900/- in the light of notification dated 23/04/2011. The petitioners are working as Cook in Government Middle School, Amlidih, Block Kawardha, District Kabirdham (C.G.).

3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners may file the representation / representations before the respondent No. 2 through proper channel within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Respondent No. 2 should decide such representation / representations within two months from the date of receipt of such representation, according to law and procedure.
