At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been considered and decided by this Court in W.P.(S) No.4380/2011 {Smt. Tulsi Bai and others Vs. The State of Chhattisgarh and others} and other matter, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed in terms of Smt. Tulsi Bai (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Smt. Tulsi Bai (supra).

3. A copy of the order passed in Smt. Tulsi Bai (supra) be placed in the record of the present writ petition.
