3. The petitioner was recruited under the Chhattisgarh Shiksha Karmi (Appointment and Service) Rule, 2007 on 23.06.2010. She was granted regular pay scale increment. Now, in view of the circular dated 06.06.2016 and 08.03.2017, her pay scale has been brought to the minimum of the pay scale applicable to Lecturer (Panchayat).

4. The matter in issue is squarely covered by the order dated

03.11.2017 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 4271/2017 and batch of petitions and order dated 08.01.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 80/2018 by the coordinate Bench.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, aforesaid orders, it is directed that respondent shall examine the petitioner's case and take appropriate decision on her claim for reinstatement into the earlier pay scale which was being granted to her prior to reduction of lowest stage of the pay scale of Lecturer (Panchayat).
