Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in want of caste certificate of OBC for the post of Lecturer Panchayat, the petitioner has not been treated as OBC category candidate whereas the caste certificate has now been issued by the competent authority therefore, he may be permitted to file the same before respondent No. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file the caste certificate within seven days from today before the respondent No. 3- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Jashpur who shall reconsider his decision for placing
the petitioner under the OBC category as the caste certificate has been obtained by the petitioner and such consideration shall be made within further seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with the caste certificate.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
