Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 08/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that respondent No.5 has encroached upon the government land for which the petitioner has already made representation before respondent No.3, which has not been considered and decided till this date and, therefore, direction may be issued to the said authority to decide the same expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, respondents No.3 & 4 are directed to consider
and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents, if any before the said authorities in support of his case.
(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
