1. The only grievance seems to be the non-granting of the third time pay-scale on competition of 30 years of service in-terms-of the circular governing the field.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has been approaching the respondent-authorities repeatedly, but till date he has not been granted the benefits so extended.

3. Given the limited dispute that the petitioner has, in terms of the circular issued by the State Government from time to time, let the petitioner make a fresh representation to the respondents No. 2 & 3 in-respect-of his claim for third time payscale and the respondents

-2No. 2 & 3 inturn shall immediately scrutinize the claim of the petitioner in-terms of the circular governing the field and an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest within a period of 90 days from the date of representation by the petitioner.
