(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make representation before the Collector, Mahasamund for redressal of his

grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, in that event the Collector shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
