This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.133/2015, registered at Police Station Khamtarai, District Raipur, C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 302 of I.P.C.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground/change in circumstances to entertain this fourth bail application therefore, fourth bail application is rejected. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as nine prosecution witnesses have already been examined. 3.
