The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.07/2020 registered in Police Station Pasan, District Korba for offence under Section 363 & 376 (D)(A)/34 of the IPC and Section 5(A) & 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive after examination of the prosecutrix.
