---- Respondents For petitioner - Shri T.K. Tiwari, Advocate.
Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 09/01/2018 Heard.
1.
Instant petition is filed for the following relief:- a. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari to directing the trial court to decide the civil suit bearing no.428A/16 pending before the learned court of Civil Judge, Durg (C.G.) b. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner may kindly be passed. 2.
Considering the fact that the civil suit is of 2016 itself, no special reason can be assigned to fast track this civil suit and the trial court are
otherwise expected to decide the case without unnecessary adjournment. 3.
Considering the period of pendency of the civil suit, I do not find that exorbitant delay has been caused and no order can be passed to expedite the trial so as to allow the petitioner to jump the queue. 4.
With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) JUDGE gouri
