This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.317/2020 registered at Police Station Aarang, Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 20B of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The applicant has been found in illicit possession of 48.400 Kg of Ganja, which is more than the commercial quantity.

4. Considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the applicant, no case for grant of bail is made out.
