2. This application for leave to appeal has been preferred by the father of the victim to challenge the judgment of acquittal passed by the Sessions Judge, Durg in ST No.27/2015.

3. The State has also preferred CRMP No.113 of 2016, in which, leave to appeal has been granted and thereafter, Acquittal Appeal No.40 of 2016 has been registered.,

4. In view of the above, the CRMP is allowed and leave to appeal is granted.

5. Let Regular Acquittal Appeal be registered and notice thereof be issued to the respondents as per rules.
